I have been an attorney in California (my license is now inactive) with a practice in the areas of Real Estate, Landlord-Tenant, and Estate Planning (trusts, wills, estates). Also, I was a real estate broker in California from 1978-1985; I moved to Oregon in 1985 and have been a real estate broker here since 1985. I co-owned Walker & Bush Real Estate and Investments from 1985-2003. I have been, and still am: a real estate investor, property manager, and syndicator of private real estate investment groups.
